About the event
How many times do you say, "I need to stretch more". Well have no fear we are bringing you a pop up Stretch and Mobility class that will focus on teaching you a variety of stretch techniques and just how to stretch those hard to get to muscles. Cathrina and Jazmin will lead you through some dynamic movements as will as static stretch techniques that you can add to your daily routine.
